The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) has produced video tips for workers with an immigrant background. The videos feature young people presenting their real-life stories and the ways in which they take care of their work ability in different situations. The videos are an excellent tool for colleges and for training purposes. Videos: https://www.ttl.fi/tyoyhteiso/monikulttuurinen-tyoelama/videomateriaalia-ja-vinkkeja-tyopaikoille-ja-oppilaitoksiin/

Lisätietoja
The videos are targeted towards young immigrants making the transition to work life, or those already in employment. They are available on FIOH’s website as self-study material, but can also be used in colleges under teachers’ guidance. A series of slides is also available, which take a closer look at the themes of the videos. The slides are especially suitable as material for colleges in which work ability issues are dealt with in more detail.
